AUD Model United Nations

The AUD Model United Nations (AUDMUN) comprises of a diverse range of students from a variety of backgrounds who share a vested and collective interest in International Relations and Foreign Policy. The club started in 2009 and was founded by a small group of AUD students passionate about the Model UN along with staff members from the AUD External Relations department. The club has itself grown since then to comprise of a membership database of 350 students.

The members of the AUDMUN club have gained plenty of experience from attending international Model UN conferences hosted by prestigious universities. Some of these include the MUN conferences organized by UC Berkeley, University of Pennsylvania, University of British Columbia, University of Nottingham, the Rome Model UN and the National Model UN – DC among others. Domestically, AUDMUN has had the pleasure of attending the American University in Sharjah’s MUN conference, and has been the pioneering partner of the long time prestigious Harvard Model Congress (HMC) Dubai conferences.
