The work process of our unit is going through 6 levels:
• Sorting
• Grading
• Quality Check
• Weighing & Labeling
• Packing
• Dispatch
Sorting: We receive rags as raw material from various European nations that are basically deals in mixed used clothing. These mixed rags are separated by our Primary sections. This segregation of the mixed rags leads to next level that is grading.
Grading: Now we enter next level that is grading, this section leads to grading of all sorted items in different subsections like Pants, T-Shirts, Shirts, Blouses, Children, Youth etc. We have specific quality standards like (Crème, No#1, No#2, No#3, Brands & Vintage, Wipers). Each and every subsection put graded items into their respective trollies and sent to most significant level that is Quality Check.
Quality Check: For this key level, we have appointed skilled supervisors. They go through deep quality check of each and every graded item as per our pre-determined quality standards.
Weighing & Labeling: The graded goods sent to weighing scales to find accurate weight. After that with the help of SOEX Control System, we are printing the labels of respective graded items as per the preset format.
Packing: At this level finished goods packed in the form of Bales by using latest compressing machines.
Dispatching: This is the last level of work process, finished goods with packing are ready to dispatch to various customers as per their specified requirements.
