SERVICON Technical Services L.L.C. is established to provide a value for money in terms of facility management, building maintenance and construction. The company is based in Dubai serving the Northern part of UAE areas for all aspects of renovations, MEP installations and maintenance works, including Fit-outs, Periodic Inspection Reports and Soft and Hard services.

A key strength to our business is the ability to understand the customer and to identify the most suitable and appropriate solution, giving our business the flexibility to react to the customer's requirements. Although the company is relatively new, our operatives have over 35 years’ experience in the building services industry, initially employed by international companies.

Our Board of Directors has extensive experience working in the building services market and in particular in the building cleaning, controls, security and air conditioning and refrigeration sectors. They have worked with the majority of manufacturers, contractors, suppliers and systems houses in these sectors and has successfully placed countless candidates, many of whom who have gone on to become clients.
