High Intensity Interval Training (circuit) classes structured on a group personal training; the experience of 1 on 1 personal training in a more affordable group setting. The total body training allows for consistent fat loss and increase of muscle strength and endurance. Every session incorporates different exercise techniques and equipment so that the body never adapts and never hits those dreaded plateaus.
