منذ 5000 سنة،
يستعمل الصاج لصناعة الخبز. ما زال هذا التقليد الفينيقي حيا" الى اليوم في القرى اللبنانية و المهرجانات التقليدية.

لقد طوّر صاج تو غو هذا التقليد ليتلاءم مع جميع الجنسيات في يومنا هذا، محافظين على الطريقة التقليدية في رق العجين و تحمبص الخبزة الواحدة تلو الأخرى.
ان خبزة الصاج هي الأفضل صحيا"، تحضر من دون اضافة اية مواد حافظة.

Bread was flattened and baked on a hot clay, hill-shaped oven called “Saj”. The Phoenician Heritage is still alive today in the villages of Lebanon and at cultural events.

Nowadays, The Saj 2 Go concept was developed to appeal to all nationalities while maintaining the traditional way of flattening the dough by hand, baking it one after another and then adding an array of fresh ingredients.
The Saj bread is the Healthiest Bread made without any additives.
