A Short Story...

Because the salad got fed up with being served on the side, like an after-thought, it decided to up its game a notch.

First, it demanded its ingredients be chopped up into smaller pieces, where the lettuce wouldn’t take up all the volume. Then, it was adamant about integrating more respect for proteins. It insisted upon getting everything mixed well so that every single bite deliciously burst with rich flavor.

It was firm about being served online, catered to each order, and delivered quickly. And voilà center stage! This courageous salad demanded an address of course, a place to see and be seen, and that’s how Richy’s came into being!
