About Myself :

I am a Level-3 Certified Personal Trainer. The aim of this qualification is to recognise the skills, knowledge and capability required for an individual to work unsupervised as a personal trainer. This includes being able to offer one-to-one training, baseline assessment, nutritional advice and progressive programming which is specific to the individual needs of a client.


My enthusiasm for general health and well-being began back when I was just a boy participating in every sport I could sign up for. Now I have more than 8 years of experience in Training/Coaching Adults and Kids. I feel that exercise should be an exciting event and people who doesn’t like to go to gym or has no time, which is why I chose to bring the “Mobile Personal Training Service” to my clients. I like to keep my clients healthy and happy by implementing enjoyable exercise techniques with a positive attitude.
