Nimble Legal is a pathbreaking initiative to change the way legal services are bought, sold, and delivered. We are in equal parts a law practice, a consulting firm, and a legal technology company.

Nimble was founded with the sole objective of efficient,cost-effective services to businesses, using modern technology to erase the inefficiencies associated with traditional law firms. Our people are analytical, technology-savvy, and care deeply about solving our clients' problems. We are highly experienced advisors who focus on business risk mitigation and dispute resolution.

Our expertise allows us to service businesses in traditional and modern commerce, and their financial and Logistics suppliers. We help our clients acquire the appropriate external legal advice at the optimal price point, whether the services are provided by us or by a third party.

Our Long term goal is to keep ahead of global technology trends as we move towards artificial intelligence being the norm in our lives.

In the short term, we are focused on trade and commerce along the entire Indian Ocean Rim - across Africa, the Middle East, India, and South East Asia. Our Law practice and consulting business are headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, and we are Looking to establish owned or associated offices in India and Singapore within the coming 12-18 months.

Our lawyers graduated from some of the best law schools in the world, and have worked for Leading international Law firms and businesses. We are equally at ease in common law and civil Law systems, and speak multiple Languages.

Nimble is headed by Hari Krishna, a commercial Lawyer and technology enthusiast and investor who has lived in the UAE since 2007. Hari is licensed in India, England, and the United Arab Emirates. He previously spent over 10 years in international law practices, focusing on risk management and commercial dispute resolution in the shipping, international trade, offshore energy, and insurance sectors.
