Marsa Al Bateen

Marsa Al Bateen is located in one of the oldest inhabited areas of Abu Dhabi. In 2010, TDIC launched a redevelopment of the wharf to rejuvenate the area and provide a range of facilities and services to the community.

Among the top-quality features of this 6,465 m² venture are two marinas: one that includes berths that can accommodate 324 boats and yachts ranging from 10 to 18 metres in length; the other has berths for 48 yachts that are 20 - 30 metres long.

The second marina (opening soon) also has a dry stack for 138 vessels that are up to nine metres in length - the first of its kind for commercial use in the UAE and the Middle East.

In addition, Marsa Al Bateen will offer facilities that can be enjoyed by fishermen and visitors, including a community majlis, various retail and dining outlets including:
