Kix Tagram FAQ:

1. Are Kix Tagram’s shoes original (100% authentic)?

YES! We do NOT sell, support, or otherwise deal with fakes, "grey market" items, or factory variants. All items we sell are carefully and thoroughly inspected for condition and authenticity at multiple checkpoints before they're offered to customers. All of our products are authentic and purchased from certified retailers such as Footlocker, Nike, Under Armour, etc.



2. How can I order?

All orders are confirmed through either Facebook message, iMessage, cellphone, Viber, or WhatsAPP with the following phone number:

3. How can I pay?

Most of our accepted payments will be Cash on Delivery (CoD). Paypal (USA) is also accepted.

(If you’re going to purchase MULTIPLE items. We may require a 10% down payment ONLY IF you are a FIRST TIME buyer. Regular customers may purchase multiple items with no advance down payments.)



4. When will my order arrive?

Depending on the volume of confirmed orders, you can expect your package to arrive within 12-15 days but can go up to 2-3weeks. Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances – international customs delays, weather delays, etc. – these timelines are approximate.
The items will then be hand delivered to any locations (convenient to you) within Doha, Qatar.

(In the event that a delay is happening [rare], please hold on tight as we are trying to inquire and resolve these delays through various shipping companies –usually USPS or FedEx— and will update you with the status. Delays may also happen in sorting facilities and customs but we know that they are trying their best to release your package as soon as possible.)



5. Can you ship outside Doha, Qatar?

Some requests may be able to be shipped outside Doha, Qatar but these orders are reviewed on a case by case basis.



6. I need to make changes or cancel my order. Can you help me?

Since our entire inventory is independently owned, we MAY NOT have another shoe available in an alternate size or color for the same price.

In addition, once your order has been confirmed we are not able to honor requests for cancellations. Please confirm the details of your order carefully before confirming.



7. What is Kix Tagram’s return policy?

All sales at Kix Tagram are final. In the event of a fulfillment error ONLY (which may happen at 0.01% chance), please contact us. =)
