For years gone by, Um Mansoor delighted her local community with delicious, freshly baked Khameer. After years of love and devotion to refining her craft, her son Mansoor decided to create a food concept using his mother’s traditional recipe. Mansoor worked restlessly to develop an exciting, cosmopolitan evolution of Khameer to create the best tasting Khameer’s in town.

And so Khameer & Dough was born!

Recognizing the influence of food in connecting people socially and emotionally, we serve exceptional sweet and savoury Khameer to a diverse local and global community in the UAE. Our Khameer has been revitalized for today’s fast-moving consumer with a passion for food. We are a progressive concept but our roots are firmly grounded by the traditional practices of Emirati cuisine and the guidance of Um Mansoor, who inspired us to make it happen.
