However, there are policies which are listed below to maintain the quality of service under Just Chill Online Store Policies:

A- Delivery Terms:

1- Just Chill Online provides "Free Shipping (FS)" and "Free Cash On Delivery (COD)" with a condition of the order is 100% confirmed and after confirmation it can't be rescheduled or changed as it through online services.

2- If the item is rejected by the customer due to any change of the item or total rejection without any faults from Just Chill Online the item will be returned with the courier and the customer is charged AED 25 due to late order cancellation.

B- Return and Exchange Terms:

1- There is "NO RETURN OR REFUND ON ALL OUR PRODUCTS", unless it is faulty or malfunction from our side then it is send back to us without charging the customer for the courier service frees.

2- There is "Exchange Policy" within 3 days by the expense from the customer on certain conditions
all items must be returned, unused and picture of proof that it is having all the items and it is not being used, still in the condition it was sent, same way it is sent including the tags and the box; any missing items or it is not in the same shape it is sent then it is not accepted and this will provoke a serious and strict action to be taken.

3- There is "No Exchange or Return" of the following items; such as, "briefs, swimwear, makeup accessories and electronics".
