Adjacent to The Farm restaurant in Al Barari, Heart & Soul has separate levels for men and women with a dedicated entry for each exclusive treatment rooms, private suites, designated nail and hair care sections, an infrared sauna, and a hammam and steam room. With an indoor and outdoor rain shower and plunge pool, guests can enjoy the lush greenery as the constant backdrop to their spa experience.

A superlative team of spa therapists offer a variety of therapeutic massages, award-winning facials, non-invasive skin treatments, and hair and nail treatments that promise to help guests look their best, find balance, and preserve their youth. Organic and luxury products from Sodashi, Hommage, Charme D’Orient, Mama Mio, Forlle’d, Miriam Quevedo, and Spa Ritual will provide clientele with the upmost in professional skincare, hair and nail services.

The Six Hands Heart & Soul massage is the spa’s signature treatment. The experience begins with a soothing foot bath to soften the skin and relax the body before three skilled therapists work simultaneously massage the body. The full body experience is exclusive to Heart & Soul within the UAE.

Heart & Soul embraces the Al Barari mantra of “passion for life” by offering a retreat from the hectic pace of daily life where an experienced team of specialists will look after you from the moment you enter the spa. Acting as a mentor, they will personally guide you through your spa experience, from recommending treatments for each client’s skin type to serving detoxifying beverages post-treatment.
