Fotouh Al Khair Mall is owned and operated by Emi-State Realty and was established in November 1999, also known by most residents and taxi drivers as the ‘Marks & Spencer’ mall.

This shopping centre hosts several of the world's favourite high street anchor brands such as: Marks & Spencer, Adams, Monsoon, Nine West, Hush Puppies and more. Also worth visiting is Latelier Des Arts - great for household decorations, candles, flower arranging materials, pottery painting and fancy goods, as well as the mall’s F&B offerings by Mirabel Café and Pizzeria Olivella.
