DOME originates from Perth, Western Australia. From humble beginnings in November 1990, DOME has now over 100 Branches in Asia and Australia.

DOME has been able to position itself as the leading life style Café, offering casual dining experience to discerning customers looking for a whole meal experience at affordable prices.

The ambience of DOME Café has also played an important part in making the concept a success. The ambience is created with old world charm using natural timbers, mosaic tiles and brass. There are no barriers for entry to the Café and the seating space is controlled by the organic elements of the Café. The design includes clear service points for both the customers and staff ; for free flowing movement through the Café. DOME Cafes reflect strong Lifestyle imaging and a place TO SEE AND BE SEEN.

DOME food philosophy begins in the kitchen with great emphasis in the selection of ingredients and attention to detail in preparation of dishes.

DOME’s offerings made from fresh ingredients without using any preservatives or additives are seemingly simple, yet surprise the diner with hidden complexities. Although inspiration for the Menu comes from traditional roots, DOME Chefs strive to retain the integrity of each dish whilst adding a unique touch. There is a wide variety of food items on offer at DOME Cafes; right from Sandwiches, Pizzas, Pasta, Far Eastern Specials, Vegetarian dishes to Gourmet Hot Kitchen items; to satisfy every palate.

Temasek L.L.C. part of the Al Ghurair Group of Companies have the Master Franchise for Dome. The First outlet in Dubai was opened in November 1998, the concept has been an instant success. At present there are seventeen DOME Branches in Dubai and Abu Dhabi; all a destination in its own right.



DOME Cafes are open for business seven days a week from 7.30am till Midnight.
