Brizelés

The story of Brizelés artisanal galettes begins in the summer of 2010 in Beirut, Lebanon, where the crispy, paper-thin, handmade delicacies were dreamt up by our beloved local gourmand and Sunday chef: Kamel.

Originally sold at the farmers market in the heart of Beirut, Brizelés quickly became one of the most buzzed about nibbles. Beirut couldn't get enough of Brizelés' fresh ingredients, which comprise thyme and cheese straight from the mountains of Lebanon and Kalamata olives from the Greek isles. As such, word of the crispy crunch of this deliciously low-calorie snack quickly spread like wildfire around the city.

Today Brizelés can be found in major retail outlets throughout
Lebanon, and has chosen Dubai as its second home allowing it to produce locally and maintain its freshness daily!
Ideal for an office snack or appetizer, we encourage you to pair Brizelés with a side of labneh, guacamole, tapenade, salsa or soups. The gourmet galettes also makes the perfect treat to serve to guests while hosting your next dinner party - the options are endless!
