Our production specializes in BSS T-Grid suspension system made to conform to international standards and gives the ceiling a pronounced aesthetic effect.

Functionally the grid is designed to satisfy ASTM C 635 loading and deflection criteria. They are precisely made to a tolerance of +/- 0.25 mm. The grid is made of mild steel galvanized with 120 gsm zinc coating as per BS 2989Z-18 (240 mpa yield stress). The face of the grid is fitted with a white coil coated Face Cap. The face cap salt spray tested for 300 hours.

The BSS T-Grid Suspension System consists of the following components:
1. Main Runner 3600 mm length
2. Cross Runner 1200 mm length
3. Cross Runner 600 mm length
4. Edge Profile (Wall Angle) 3000 mm length

The Main Runners and Cross Tees are provided with bayonet coupling for quick installation. The grid is available in standard (width 24mm). The load bearing capacity of the BSS T-Grid Suspension System when the span is 1.2 m supported with hanger wire from roof is given below:
Main Runner length: 33 mm
Cross Runner length: 25 mm
Thickness: 0.3 mm
Load Bearing: 8.45 kg/m2.
