Over the span of his career, Uncle Jay has won several awards, including Franchisee of the Year in 1993 and the Franny Award for Excellence in Food Service. He is certified from Philadelphia, USA, in the Health and Food Safety sector. Now, all the way from the City of Brotherly Love, Uncle Jay brings his love for food and service to the UAE with The Bagel Factory, offering a selection of fresh bagels baked daily, cold cuts, salads and much more.
