This is a little bit about me,

Who am I? I am a mother, I am a wife, I am a woman and a friend, I am not perfect and I love spending my precious time with my loved ones and I do hope to do it for a long time.

Since I was a teenager I suffered with chronic intestinal pain, causing lots of disruptions in my life and consequences on the aspect of my skin, the quality of my sleep, difficult digestion and constant tiredness. At the time I thought it was normal and that my pain and discomfort was just what everybody else was experiencing. When I started to have a family of my own ,like most new parents I was struggling to balance my time between my babies, my job, my home and my social life. Like most women I battled with my left over baby weight after I had my sons. My discomfort was taking up too much space in my life.

One day I decided to visit a nutritionist, I was so convinced that I was intolerant or allergic to some aliments like lactose or gluten (we here so much about those), and the results were actually good, I had zero intolerance, it almost discouraged me, will I ever feel better? The nutritionist introduce me to the Pure Aloe Vera Gel from Forever Living Products. I wasn’t convinced at first but after a few months of taking it on a daily basis I could feel the difference in my body. My stomach cramps were appearing less and less, the quality of my sleep improved, my skin looked amazing, my energy level improved. I realised that I never felt this way before and it was wonderful.
