The foundation of the Madina Victoria Cricket Academy was laid by group of Cricketers with the sole aim of providing quality cricket training, world-class cricketing infrastructure, and opportunity to learn from experts in the field of cricket through a fun and innovative environment with an emphasis to provide students with best-in-class cricket facilities and training.
This all-year-round academy integrates the best in cricketing techniques, technology, and coaches to develop a World-Class Cricketer of Tomorrow.
For the overall development of the young cricketer, strength improvement through other games – swimming, tennis, football – mini tournaments, and sessions with specialists are organized, based on the ability, age group and expertise level of the players.

Curriculum:

Objectives;
We offer a range of coaching courses for children of various age groups through daily and weekly sessions, along with special courses during school holidays.
Our exhaustive cricket curriculum aims to develop every aspect of the game, build on existing talent, and create future cricketing stars.

Our Techniques;
Our 360 degree cricketing skill development & training programs uses cricket cards, encapsulated modules, strength area development planners, to provide innovative, creative, yet, measurable learning environment, and equal opportunities for students to derive the most from their abilities on-field.

All-round development;
Our students receive extensive coaching and training sessions to develop every aspect of the game – starting from increasing fitness level through strength and conditioning training to perfecting skills and expertise areas through one-on-one coaching sessions. Our regular morning and evening sessions, along with evening session under flood lights help provide different cricketing atmosphere to the young cricketer.

Age group: 5-7 years;
The course aims to provide basic introduction to the game of cricket, focusing on developing movement and skills needed for becoming a cricketer. Along with developing skills such as running, jumping, hand-eye co-ordination, catching, throwing and hitting, social skills such as listening, concentration and observation are also harnessed.
Age group: 7-10 years;
The course highlights on helping budding cricketers develop their skill sets in every aspects of the game through focused coaching sessions. While chiselling basic cricketing skills such as bowling, batting, throwing, hand-eye co-ordination, running and catching are a mandatory part of the course, the students are also given training through net practice, ground fielding etc.
Age group: 10-13 years;
The course focuses on developing the all-round cricketing skills of the youngsters with the help of extensive coaching sessions. The tailored course aids students to gain expertise in catching, throwing, bowling, along with practising at the net and with batting-bowling machine.
Age group: 13-17 years;
The course intends to fine-tune the cricketing skills of the students with group as well as one-on-one coaching sessions. The students are also provided with the option of playing tournaments and representing the academy through various tours.
Expert advice;
We hold regular visits and talks by cricket experts and players, who share their fitness mantra and success stories, provide technical knowledge in bowling, batting and fielding, while, motivating the young minds to achieve their dreams.

Feedback mechanism:
We track the growth of each student through daily match analytics, brainstorm and implement future course of action for player development with coaches, and provide regular feedback to parents.

Tournaments:
We provide on-ground competitive experience to our students through regular tournaments. For the all-round development of the budding cricketer – installing confidence, increasing concentration, and creating the right mental attitude to play competitive cricket – our students participate in various tournaments throughout the year.
These tournaments help in enriching a child’s social environment, cultivating key cricketing talent, along with shaping the youngster’s leadership, communication, teamwork, and organizational skill sets.
Further, our indigenous Junior Pitch cricket league provides hands-on exposure to the real cricketing world to children below 14 years.
Tours
Nothing boosts the confidence of a budding cricketer than touring to different places for playing cricket. We provide opportunity to visit not only different playgrounds in India ,Australia, Sri Lanka, England. also offer international exposure to our students.
Through these tours, we aim to provide a fun and creative learning atmosphere for our students, to help them acclimatize in different cricketing fields, develop mental strength to face competition and increase their confidence level.
We are soon organizing our first overseas tour – to England – providing international playing exposure to our students, along with the benefit of interacting with international professionals and experts in the game.

Advisory Coaches:
Our professional coaches provide quality cricket training and innovative coaching, through various modules and program-based sessions. All our coaches are International Player And Ranji-level players.
Our specialized coaching programs are implemented by our resident coaches, who have vast experience in every aspect of the game – enabling students to develop their tactical, technical and mental aspects.
We provide high quality coaching throughout the year at our various centers, along with intensive courses and residential summer camps during the school holidays.
Our advisory coaches help students learn introductory cricketing skills such as running, hitting, catching to become expert in batting, bowling fielding through the use of net practice, bowling machines, competitive tournaments and tours.
A detailed feedback of each student is maintained by our advisory coaches to create a trend analysis and progression of each student, find gap areas and provide them with focused training to overcome shortfalls.
Our advisory coaches are guides for our students, taking them through the journey of learning and exploring the game of cricket.
