Adrenagy Training Club

Adrenagy Training Club is the first of it’s kind in the region - a facility with a fully holistic approach to fitness where all of our guests are not just members, but wellness transformation projects. We design custom training programs for our guests based on their goals, we give them a variety of training options and make sure they are educated so that they feel fully confident in their abilities to succeed, and we make sure that they sustain their results by continuously monitoring their fitness stats using the latest technology in fitness assessment. Every person who joins our club will be attended to like they are a member of our family - with respect, genuine kindness, and encouragement. Our goal is to promote public health by creating a fun and social fitness environment where people feel comfortable, confident, and inspired to succeed.
