99 were established 18 years ago in Tehran / Iran as Consultant, Contractor, and Construction Company. After 14 golden years of experience in the related field and with the beginning of the new millennium, our new branch was established in Dubai, UAE as a Commercial Brokers.

This Broker has started its activity in Dubai as a connective bridge over Iran and the UAE, with the purpose of presenting facilities and services to Iranian and other national clients who are looking to have their ideal properties in the Fast Growing Pearl of the Gulf (Dubai).

For the first two years, it was working under another name. Nevertheless, the company’s policy was to change the name into 99 Commercial Brokers independent from the original, along with the establishment of a new company “99 Real Estate Brokers” to extend the services to its respected clients including all possible inquiries such as selling, buying, renting, offering banking, transferring, and contracting services, financial and loans consultancies, etc.
