An artful blend of Latin-Asian styles, Chef-owner Richard Sandoval combines his unique Zengo concept with a sleek and contemporary lounge. On the 61st floor of the Kempinski Residences at Tower, the restaurant and lounge overlook the impressive Doha skyline. The vibrant décor fuses modern and inventive tastes, the perfect setting to savor the innovative cuisine.

The Z Lounge menu features a selection of Chef Sandoval’s well-known Asian cuisine with Latin influence. Guests may choose from a selection of sushi, sashimi, ceviche, noodles, salads and spring rolls – each with an inventive Latin flair.

The beverage menu is composed of innovative hand-muddled cocktails, Latin wines, Japanese sake and an extensive whiskey list. Personal bottles may be purchased for a table.
