Vesna Dubai, the new and spectacular contemporary restaurant offering modern European & Slavic cuisine. Located on the Mezzanine floor of the Conrad Hotel Sheikh Zayed Road, the restaurant is poised to push the boundaries of fine dining in the region, showcasing the breathtaking artistry and rich cultural heritage of Europe.

The venue interior is a beautiful take on the long-lost magnificent imperial style of Eastern and Baltic Europe characterized by high ornate ceilings, elaborate beaux facades, Art Noveau furniture and shimmering chandeliers. Culture goes hand in hand with gastronomy at Vesna, where guests can experience live music six days a week performed by the talented in-house pianist and vocalist.

Prize winning Head Chef Maksim Tvorogov is at the helm of all culinary activities at Vesna. A member of the St. Petersburg club of chefs and regular participant on cooking shows such as "Tasty Tips" and "Lunchtime", Maksim is a celebrity chef who whilst new to Dubai, is no stranger to the limelight. He refuses to allow tradition to restrict his imagination and has a tactical approach to researching the origin of each dish, modernizing it and re-introducing it to diners in new and exciting formats.
