Power Hour RAK 2017

Welcome to my page **Power Hour RAK.**

Allow me to introduce myself and give you a little bit of background information as to why I am creating this page.

My name is Kayleigh and I have recently relocated to the UAE from the UK. I am currently living in Ras Al Khaimah. Having relocated to the UAE in October 2014. I have spent my time getting acclimatized and settling me and my son in to our new lives.

"Why have I created this page?"

My goal for creating this page is to build a network for ladies who my be single, married, a new mum, young or old to help me settle in by getting to know you and invite you all for power walks during the week and have fun.

I would like to build a group where we could meet up twice, three times a week and go for a power walk for an hour.

It could be in the morning, afternoon or even in the evenings so that we can all meet new people and get to know each other while exercising.

"Why Power Hour?" - I love to walk. Not everyone would have heard of the Parish Walk? This is an annual event held in my home town which I have been part for the last few years. Please click on the link below which will provide you with a lot more information. Its mentally and physically tiring but so much fun. Not everyone completes the full 85 miles. Some do it to the first parish, some to it to the 13th and so on. Its all apart of the fun.

Training for this involves lots and lots of walking so I find walking a great way to get fit, have fun and meet new and exciting people along the way.

So, Please share my page so that ladies can get in touch with me. I will organize our very first Power Hour in RAK for a soon as possible. We can meet up in different places around Ras Al Khaimah each session or each week and can also arrange for our walks to be at different times to suit as many people as possible. We will do our power hour and then afterwords we can all stop for refreshments.
