The UBM® / K-span® building system is an all-terrain,factory on wheels which produces durable steel buildings in days rather than weeks or months. The factory is transported anywhere in the world by air, sea or land.

The design software specific to the UBM® / K-span® building system provides a comprehensive structural analysis study ensuring the structures comply with global building codes.

All structural elements are manufactured and assembled on site allowing a small crew of 10-12 team members to erect a 1,000 m2 structure in as little as a single day, resulting in significant savings when compared to traditional building systems

The unique and patented design of the UBM® / K-span® system allows structures to stand without the internal support of columns, beams or trusses, thus creating a clear span free of obstructions for maximum space utilization.

UBM® / K-span® building sections are joined together using the seaming method eliminating the use for any screws, nuts, bolts or fasteners. In result the structures are completely water tight requiring no waterproofing or leak maintenance
