We started Falcon Solutions because after living in Abu Dhabi for 20 years (Deyaa) and 8 years (Erin) respectively, we had our fair share of botched maintenance jobs, curious misunderstandings, poor quality painting, and mysterious practices resulting in wasted time and a lot of anxiety. Moreover, basic customer service seemed to be lacking... beginning with the first phone call and throughout the job.
We had come to expect that getting anything fixed, painted or cleaned had to take 2-3 times as long as it should, and with that believed we may have to jump in and eventually do part of the job ourselves. ... Until one day we said, "Khalas" It simply shouldn't have to be that hard!
