Dubai delivers the Highlands in the form of Copper Dog, a brand new Scottish restaurant and bar located at the DoubleTree By Hilton in Jumeirah Beach Residence.

Since its inception in the second quarter of 2016, Copper Dog has extended its traditional Scottish hospitality and heritage to Dubai’s fun filled shores, giving guests a real and authentic taste of Scotland’s northern valleys.

The restaurant and bar, originating from Craigellachie Hotel in Speyside, extends a home-from-home feel for those seeking solace in the bustling city of Dubai. Whether you are looking for a traditional roast with all the trimmings, or a freshly cooked breakfast or want to enjoy the authentic Scottish hospitality in the form of a lunch or a refined nightcap; Copper Dog is your new local.

The Scottish export boasts a 12-meter bar showcasing the most extensive whisky selection in Dubai, serving over 219 varieties aging from 1970 upwards.

Open daily from 12.00noon till 2.00am, guests can expect an extensive menu consisting of carefully curated dishes including favorites from the northern valley with ‘Yer Mains’ being dishes such as Steak and Ale Pie, Fish & Chips with crushed Peas and Tartar sauce, The Braised Angus Beef Cheek with Skirlie Mash and Broccolini, and not forgetting Craigellachie’s signature dish; The Full Scottish Breakfast, which will be served every Friday from 10.00am until 5.00pm.

Additional strings to the bow include; live music 3 nights a week as well as a ladies’ night every Tuesday and Friday brunch.
