Manupriam Seth has spent his last 15 years as educationist and education designer. He has a passion for mentoring and strongly believes in changing the world through his work with young adults. It all started quite early in life while growing up under the guidance of his father, a noted art educationist and famous artist, he carried an interest in rearing inquisitive and creative children. Many students have been benefited from Manupriam's guidance including his son who is doing his major in Fine Arts and Business from Ivy league Cornell University and his daughter who has joined Mechanical engineering and Product Design at Stanford University. He has nurtured these two students through a fulfilling journey with milestones like Sheikh Hamdan award (3 times) and Sharjah Award (2 times) for Academic Excellence and All Round Development.
He has a reputation as an inspirational speaker. He is a leader in career path mentoring and college admissions with passion to inculcate creativity among children. Applying his learning from design and management practice , he approaches the mentoring and college admission process in a well structured way with wholehearted awareness of developing the right potential in each young adult. With a deep understanding how universities function he motivates students towards success through their real potential.

BACKGROUND
Manupriam has contributed as architect and design manager for a number of schools in Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) in around 8 countries including India (Hyderabad), Tanzania, Kenya, Mozambique, Syria, Kirgiz Republic, Tajikistan and Bangladesh.
Manupriam is an alumni of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee in the field of Architecture. He did his Master's in Urban Design from School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) Delhi. Manupriam has extensive experience of the education environment in UAE and specializes in the field of education design. Through his engagement with design he has gained a thorough insight into various systems of high school education available across the globe, including IGCSE, GCSE, A Levels, IB, CBSE, ISC and many others

PUBLISHED WORK
Manupriam is also an independent researcher and published his work 'Cognitive spaces in Educational Landscape: New Directions' A research paper presented in Conference on Giftedness by Sheikh Hamdan Award in July 2012, Dubai. The research looks into the impact and perception of un-built spaces in educational institutions. He has also published several papers on design, conservation and urban studies. Working for Countrywide Classroom a television program for Indian schools he has produced 9 short films on topics ranging from architectural education to sketching, and health. He has been the founder curator for 'Sandscapes' an annual Art and Music event in Dubai. He is a professional Urban Sketcher and administrator for the Dubai chapter of Urban Sketchers International organization. Tinkering with custom bikes, he has been recipient of many awards at annual bike week in Dubai. He is a Prospecting Member of IECA (Independent Educational Consultants Association).
