Inspired by the traditional bakeries spread all over the cities and streets of Lebanon, Al Khabbaz is a friendly neighborhood bakery serving a wide variety of Lebanese wraps (Mankousheh) in different sizes, beside freshly baked breads and pizzas, and all-fresh salads and crepes which are made to order.
“Al Khabbaz” is Arabic for “the Baker”, and a baker’s main tool is the dough he makes. We have searched and experimented until we reached the best dough recipe which is the base of most of our menu items. Our secret? Simply going “back to basics”, choosing the best and freshest ingredients, making and baking the way you would at home and keeping in mind that the best food is the one that warms your heart and keeps you satisfied. And what says “heartwarming” and “traditional” better than our wood oven corner, where you can get your own toppings and use our dough to create your very own Mankousheh!
